Han-Hsien Tuan is a Partner at Wong Fleming in New York, focusing on corporate law, asset based financing, charities, real estate, and construction. He represents small to mid-sized businesses, financial institutions, foundations, and high-net-worth clients, with over 20 years of experience.

Previously, he served as an Associate at several New York firms, then Partner at Yi Tuan & Brunstein for seven years and at Tuan & Cho for five. He later became co-Managing Partner at Schickler Tuan LLP before joining Wong Fleming.

Tuan earned his B.A. in Economics from Haverford College, studied at Georgetown University Law Center, and received his J.D. from NYU School of Law in 1988.

Fluent in the Shanghai dialect and proficient in Mandarin, he has lectured on legal topics such as “Private Development vs. Condemnation.” He serves as Director and Treasurer of Friends of Stuyvesant, Inc., and has held leadership roles at St. Bartholomew’s Church in Manhattan.
