Neal H Rosenberg has dedicated over forty-five years to representing parents and advocating for students with disabilities. With a unique combination of legal expertise and educational experience, Mr. Rosenberg brings unparalleled insight into the rights of students and the obligations of schools.
He began his career in education as a teacher and administrative intern in New York City public schools and is a certified school principal. His early legal experience includes serving as a Board of Education Attorney in the Office of Counsel to the Chancellor, followed by work with the New York State Education Department, where he contributed to codifying laws and regulations and developing program standards for students with disabilities.
