Emily C. Walsh is a dedicated and compassionate family law attorney who helps clients navigate complex personal transitions with clarity, dignity, and strategic care. A partner at the firm since 2014, Ms. Walsh practices exclusively in matrimonial and family law, representing individuals in matters of divorce, custody, support, and related litigation throughout New York City and the surrounding counties.
With a reputation for both legal skill and emotional intelligence, Ms. Walsh guides clients through some of life’s most challenging moments resolving disputes, protecting rights, and fostering workable family solutions.
Experience & Recognition
Ms. Walsh has represented clients in Supreme and Family Courts across all five boroughs of NYC, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and Ulster Counties, and has handled matters before the Appellate Division, Second Department.
She is a Founding Member of the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators and has been consistently recognized as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in Matrimonial and Family Law by The National Advocates since 2017.
