Adam Gana

Adam Gana is the Managing Partner of Gana Weinstein LLP and a nationally recognized leader in securities arbitration and litigation. With extensive experience representing clients in dispute resolution forums such as FINRA, JAMS, and the NFA as well as in state and federal courts Mr. Gana has built a reputation for aggressive advocacy and exceptional results.

He has served as lead counsel in over 40 trials to verdict and has successfully resolved hundreds more through mediation and negotiation. His work spans civil appeals, business litigation, insurance claims, and complex securities matters.
