Shauna Tesser Friedman concentrates her practice on family and matrimonial law, representing clients in all aspects of settlement, litigation, negotiation, and agreement drafting. Her work includes matters involving pre and post-nuptial agreements, equitable distribution, separate property determination, spousal and child support, custody and access disputes, and post-judgment modifications and enforcement.
Ms. Tesser-Friedman approaches each case with professionalism, precision, and compassion helping clients navigate complex family matters while preserving dignity and achieving fair outcomes. Her background as a television producer prior to practicing law has honed her communication and problem-solving skills, both essential in family law and negotiation settings.
An active member of the legal community, Ms. Tesser-Friedman belongs to the New York State Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyer’s Association, where she serves as Vice Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. She is also a member of the Westchester County Bar Association.
