Alexander M. Levy

Alexander Levy, known as Lex to his friends and clients, is a seasoned attorney with a broad range of expertise in commercial, employment, matrimonial, trusts and estates, and real estate litigation. He is known for his business acumen, providing general counsel to businesses on corporate formation, governance, litigation management, and business and real estate transactions. Lex is highly regard for his compassion for clients and the zeal he brings to each case.

Lex has been involve in numerous litigations, including real estate transactions, construction claims, landlord/tenant disputes, and issues between cooperative boards, sponsors, contractors, architects, and engineers. He is also experience in resolving disagreements between fight promoters, fighters, and sanctioning organizations. His practice extends to matrimonial disputes, business divorces, collections, and white-collar fraud matters.
