Gabriel J. Hermann

Gabriel J. Hermann is a founding partner of Hermann Law Group, PLLC and has been practicing Disability Law since 1997. Over his career, Gabe has successfully represented thousands of disabled claimants, establishing himself as a trusted advocate for individuals seeking Social Security and disability benefits.

Gabe began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Brooklyn Family Court Division of the New York Corporation Counsel’s Office. He later worked with a leading national disability law firm and partnered with Lew Insler in 2003 to form Insler & Hermann, LLC. Following Mr. Insler’s retirement in 2016, Gabe founded The Hermann Law Group, PLLC, which is now one of the leading disability law firms in the tri-state region, with offices in Tarrytown, NY; Hackensack, NJ; Danbury, CT; and Wappingers Falls, NY.
