Jaimie F. Dockray is Senior Counsel at Lax, Neville & Intelisano, LLP, where she represents both individuals and employers in a broad range of employment and labor law matters.
With over two decades of experience, Ms. Dockray has built a respected practice advising on and litigating employment disputes, including executive compensation, contract negotiations, workplace investigations, and discrimination claims.
Her clients span from high net worth individuals to large financial institutions and nonprofit organizations, reflecting her ability to navigate complex legal challenges across sectors.
Ms. Dockray brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to matters such as employee separations, non compete agreements, wage and hour compliance, and internal policy development.
Before joining the firm in 2013, Ms. Dockray spent approximately 15 years at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she was a key member of the management-side labor and employment group. She has represented both public and private employers in litigation before state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies.
