Jeffrey N. Rich brings over 49 years of experience in creditors’ rights, financial restructuring, and bankruptcy, with extensive expertise in corporate law, asset-based lending, equipment leasing, factoring, commercial finance, and securitization of assets. Throughout his career, he has litigated in both federal and state courts, including bankruptcy and appellate courts.
As a court-approved mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Jeffrey handles disputes arising in and out of bankruptcy proceedings. He is also frequently engaged to mediate complex corporate and commercial matters beyond the financial restructuring arena.
