Noam Greenspan is a partner and experienced criminal defense attorney who represents individuals and organizations in high-stakes criminal, civil, and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on complex investigations, white collar crime, DUI & DWI offenses, and criminal litigation at both the state and federal levels.
Mr. Greenspan has represented a diverse range of clients, including business executives and companies operating in industries such as banking, accounting, engineering, retail, private equity, insurance, and professional services. He regularly advises clients during government investigations and throughout all phases of litigation, including criminal prosecutions, civil enforcement actions, and jury trials.
His experience includes matters handled by major regulatory and enforcement agencies such as the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and state regulatory authorities. In addition to enforcement actions, Mr. Greenspan has conducted corporate internal investigations and represented clients responding to internal and external inquiries. He has also achieved favorable outcomes for pro bono clients in housing and immigration matters.
Before joining Talkin, Muccigrosso & Roberts LLP, Mr. Greenspan practiced at Petrillo Klein and Boxer LLP, a litigation boutique known for white collar criminal defense and regulatory work. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at the international law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Richard M. Berman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Greenspan earned his Juris Doctor with High Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served on the Texas Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Brown University.
