Paul Harding (Personal Injury) is the Managing Partner of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, bringing over three decades of legal leadership and dedication to justice across New York State. A lifelong Capital Region resident, Paul has built his career around the core value that inspired him from a young age: helping others through the law.
Paul earned his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1989, after completing his undergraduate studies at SUNY Oswego, where he majored in English and Public Justice. He was admitted to the New York State Bar shortly thereafter.
Leadership & Public Service
In 2006, Paul was appointed to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct the body that disciplines and oversees judicial ethics statewide. Since 2016, he has served as the Commission’s Vice Chair, helping advance its constitutional mission with fairness and professionalism.
Paul’s leadership extends beyond the courtroom. He serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors at Proctors Theater in Schenectady and is the Event Chair for the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society’s Annual Gala.
His commitment to public service also includes active involvement with The Legal Project, a nonprofit offering critical legal support to underserved populations.
