Peter J. Moschetti

Peter J. Moschetti is a founding partner of Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany and one of the most accomplished trial attorneys in Upstate New York. With over 35 years of experience, he has recovered numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for victims of serious injuries and has set record-breaking jury verdicts throughout the Capital District Region including a landmark $15.8 million verdict in a premises liability case.

Mr. Moschetti’s civil practice focuses on complex personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and product liability matters. He has successfully represented clients injured in construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, and cases involving dangerous or defective products.
