Russell H. Stern

Russell H. Stern is a highly accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, business transactions, and dispute resolution. As outside general counsel for several of Long Island’s largest privately owned companies, Russ provides comprehensive advice on a wide range of corporate matters, guiding businesses across various industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution, energy, transportation, and waste management.

His practice also includes advising private equity issuers and principals on fund formation, operations, and compliance matters, as well as serving clients in real estate construction, project finance, joint ventures, and corporate finance.

Community Involvement
